Irving Oil is officially now fully owned by the Arthur Irving Family trust following a deal with the family of Jack Irving.
Everyone involved has been working together to complete this transaction and as of today, it’s been finalized.
The Irving Oil Board of Directors and Leadership team plan to keep steering the company’s business plan and lead the strategic direction of the company.
Arthur Irving calls it an important day for the future of the company.
He says his father, K.C. Irving started the company in 1924.
