You’ll have to wait a few more months to check it out in person but photos have been released of what the new Moosehead small batch brewery and tap room at its west side brewhouse will look like.
The small-batch brewery is going to have a 20-barrel brewing system and will have a semi-automatic growler filler which Moosehead says will be the first of its kind in eastern Canada.
“We spent a lot of time researching and talking to other brewers and trying to find the best equipment and so the system we have purchased is one of the first in North America,” CEO Andrew Oland tells CHSJ News.
“Moosehead has been a building that people in Saint John drive by and wonder what happens inside and now they’ll be able to come in and see.”
Once this is open, you’ll be able to buy fresh beer for the first time from the brewery. It’s expected to open in June of this year.
