The popsicle factory on Station Street is changing hands.
Commercial Properties has announced it has bought the Scotsburn Frozen Novelty Plant. The company owns land on either side but, at this juncture, doesn’t have any specific plans for redevelopment.
The building will be torn down in the coming months.
Commercial Properties sees the land which is across the street from Harbour Station as a strong candidate for future development.
