If you live east, west or north, you need to get your vehicle off the street before midnight as there is an overnight parking ban in place for those areas of the city.

— City of Saint John (@cityofsaintjohn) January 20, 2019
Any vehicles still on the street between midnight and 7 a.m. when a snow ban has been declared will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s risk and expense.
The City also points out that drivers must make their own arrangements for off-street parking during a ban.
