A New Brunswick soldier has been found dead after he went missing late last week in Ontario.
Pte. Michal Beaman was last seen on Friday, January 24th, at a bar in Kingston, Ontario.
CFB Kingston says his body was found Wednesday in the water near the LaSalle Causeway in Kingston.
Ontario Provincial Police’s Underwater Search and Recovery Unit was called in to help with the search.
Military officials say the cause of the death is unknown. An investigation is underway.
Beaman, originally from Moncton, was part of a reserve unit based out of Saint John. He was in Kingston for training.
